Erie, PA — A Community for Dads
Don't Give Up The relationSHIP.
Who We Are
Fatherhood is one of the greatest things in the world and also one of the loneliest. Making friends as a grown man is hard, and the slow drift from friendships that fatherhood quietly brings is something most of us never talk about.
Flagship Dads exists because that needs to change. A no pressure, judgment free community right here in the Flagship City. No church angle. No bar scene. Just dads finding their people.
Read Our Story"1 in 4 men under 35 feel lonely most days. Most of us never talk about it."
In 1813, Perry didn't give up the ship. We're not giving up the dad either.
Our Home
From Presque Isle to Dobbins Landing, Erie is our identity and the place where Flagship Dads was born.
Get Together
Low pressure. Always optional. Show up when you can. Come as you are. You are always welcome.
The Flagship City
In 1813, Daniel Dobbins built the fleet that won the Battle of Lake Erie right here at Dobbins Landing. Oliver Hazard Perry flew a flag that read "Don't Give Up the Ship." When his flagship went down, he didn't quit. He transferred to the Niagara and won the battle.
Sometimes the most powerful thing a man can do is stop going it alone and find his crew.
Come Find Your Crew
No pressure. No judgment. Just fathers in the Flagship City finding their people.
